While an establishment as iconic as Leopold might be able to get away with a bit of rudeness here and there, it’s wise to know that almost nobody pays to be treated like dirt. In a world filled with an assortment of stresses, people place a premium on being treated like human beings. b). In due course of time, your employees go to your competitor. This is particularly dangerous because they take a great deal of competitive intelligence as they go and empower your competitor even more.
